Growing design build remodeling company is in need of a manager to coordinate and direct lead carpenters on larger scale projects. This individual will be skilled in time management, the ability to interact with clients, trades people, employees and owners of the company. Experience in this field related to construction is a must and applicants must have a minimum of ten years experience in RESIDENTIAL REMODELING. Other elements of the position that are essential:
- Good driving record
- Must have a valid license
- Must have a reliable vehicle
- Must possess proficient computer skills, and be versed in Microsoft office, excel, and word, plus be able to navigate and use company management software.
- Applicant must be able to implement systems to manage the growth that is projected through the current year, and forecast to the following year.
