Sr. Program Cost Sched & Control Job Description:This is an exciting opportunity to join the Strategic Sensor Systems (S3) team of the Strategic Missile Defense (SMD) Business Area as a Senior Analyst on the KSA THAAD Program.The KSA THAAD program is a $3B Foreign Military Sale to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through the Missile Defense Agency (MDA).Under this contract, Raytheon is funded for engineering development (obsolescence mitigation & reliability upgrades), production (manufacture & delivery of 7 AN/TPY-2 radars & spares), and post-delivery sustainment support (CLS, Technical Services, R&R).As a critical member of the KSA THAAD finance team, this candidate will be responsible for all aspects of financial control and compliance on both the KSA THAAD Obsolescence/Long-Lead & Production contracts. This position requires significant partnership with Program Management, Functional Leads, and the entire Program Controls team to ensure flawless program execution – concentrating on cost and schedule control and EVMS compliance.This position can be remote at the discretion of the hiring manager.Primary responsibilities include:Establish and maintain the overall baseline that is compliant with the program instruction, internal EVM policy and RTN EVMS Process Description 10255
Provide consistently thorough cost and schedule analysis
Prepare finance charts for Program Management Reviews, monthly operating reviews, financial overviews and other reporting activities as required
Prepare all finance artifacts in support of Gate 5
Prepare for & help lead the Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) w/ MDA
Coordinate development of quarterly Estimates at Complete
Coordinate the preparation of manpower reports to support S3 & SMD level staffing demand reviews, including working with cross functional leads to identify gaps and plans to closure
Coordinate preparation and delivery of all financial CDRLs
Support the monthly forecast / close process
Required Skills: 4+ Years relevant working experience
Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Program Controls (Cost/Schedule), and/or Estimate at Completion (EAC) Process
Desired Skills:Earned Value Certification
EVMS audit/surveillance experience
SAP APEX EV & PMX Experience
SAP accounting system & Analysis for Office reports experience
Proficient with Microsoft suite of tools (EXCEL, Power Point, Word)
Must be independent and self-motivated
Demonstrated ability to meet critical deadlines
Proactive with demonstrated ability to creatively problem solve
Working knowledge of Raytheon financial and accounting policies and procedures
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast paced work environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to obtain a DoD secret security clearance
Required Education (including Major): Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field of study
