Our growing organization has a need for an

Assistant Vice President of Operations to join the team. You will manage a nationwide network of over 2,000 independent technicians to install and repair electronic security equipment on behalf of national multi-location customers. The Operations Group is responsible for project management, customer service, tech support, warehousing and shipping, and procurement.

As the

Assistant Vice President of Operations, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Overseeing the customer service organization to ensure client SLA’s are met.
  • Overseeing and coordinating nationwide technicians to install and repair security equipment.
  • Identifying, selecting and rating contractors in our technician network.
  • Overseeing the break/fix department.
  • Working with the sales group to schedule, dispatch and confirm completed jobs and provide reporting to customers.
  • Continually improving the organization's processes and operations to ensure efficient and effective execution of policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Requirements for the position include:

  • At least 3 years of operations experience in organizations that deliver service through independent contractors.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing technology to reduce process inefficiencies.
  • Experience with call center and/or dispatch environments.
  • Demonstrated project and budget management skills.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
