We are seeking an experienced carpenter, painter, and glazier for historic wood window restoration work. The ideal candidate will have skills in carpentry and painting, with a focus on attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Strip paint and old finishes from exterior woodwork (windows, doors, frames, and casings).
Perform wood repairs on window frames and sills.
Take accurate tape measurements.
Prime and paint exterior surfaces.
Install storm windows.
Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs comfortably.
Comfortable working at heights.
Must follow lead safety protocols.
OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
Reliable transportation.
Compensation:
Starting at $20-$35/hour based on experience.
