We are looking for a part time administrative assistant to add to our team. Hours will be based on qualifications. The office manages a contracting business and real estate development.
Responsibilities include: (but not limited to)
Clerical duties including answering phone calls, filing, etc.
Bookkeeping duties including accounts payable and receivable
Assist owner and office manager with various daily tasks as needed
Social media management/Content creation (preferred but not necessity)
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multi-task while prioritizing workload
Previous bookkeeping & clerical experience
Basic accounting/bookkeeping skills
Proficiency in Quickbooks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
Knowledge of various social media platforms and their functionalities preferred
Creative writing and content creation abilities preferred
What we offer:
Part time Monday-Friday 25-30hr a week position. (In person position)

Hourly salary depending on experience
