WalkYourDogWithLove.com is the original no-pull dog harness company. We’ve been around for over 20 years, making the world’s best dog gear—crafted with care, right here in our laid-back production space.
Our gear makes it easier for dogs to get along with their humans.
We’re looking for motivated individuals who want to learn hands-on skills while supporting a small business that loves dogs and takes pride in quality. While you’ll start in sewing, the expectation is that you’ll be trained on everything we do—we’ll teach you every step of the way.
What You'll Learn and Do:
- Operate industrial sewing and embroidery machines
- Prepare, assemble, and finish our signature dog harnesses and gear
- Participate in packing, shipping, inventory, customer service, and business operations
No sewing experience needed—attention to detail and a willingness to learn are what matter. You should also be cool with computers—we use them a lot around here. Basic math and writing skills are also appreciated.
There are also opportunities for advancement for motivated and reliable team members.
Job Details:
- Full-time (Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts starting between 8–9 a.m.)
- Day shift only
- Starting Pay: $15/hour and up, based on experience
- Pay Review: Eligible for increase in 3–6 months based on performance
- Perks: Eligible for paid company holidays in 6–9 months, based on hours and performance. Eligible for matching 401K in 2 years.
Do You Like to Work Alone?
Even though we are a team, at this stage in our company’s history, the facility that once held 15 people will just have you. Most of your work happens solo—like being home alone, but in our facility. While the plan is to grow again, you need to be comfortable working independently—for now, that’s just how it is.

Health
Even though COVID isn’t the concern it once was, it still sucks to get sick—even a simple cold.
We value a strong work ethic—yet we also value common sense. This means if we’re sick, we stay home and get better. No one is interested in catching someone else's "slight cold." Nope.
With that said, our space is large, open, and well-ventilated. If we work closely together (mainly during training), masking might make sense—and that gets two thumbs up from us. The good news is that there’s a good chance you’ll be working alone more often than not—so a lot of this is a non-issue.
