Pay & Shift:
$31–$38/hour DOE
$1000 Sign-on Bonus
Overtime opportunity when needed
What You’ll Do:
Install, repair, and maintain plant equipment and machinery.
Perform electrical, welding, carpentry, piping, and other maintenance tasks.
Troubleshoot and maintain PLC-controlled systems.
Operate and maintain CMMS to track maintenance work orders.
Conducts preventive maintenance on molding and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
Diagnoses and corrects mechanical problems on a variety of manufacturing machines.
Assists in training and support Maintenance C team members.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 3+ years of maintenance or related trade experience.
Must have personal tools and equipment necessary to perform the job.
Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Flexibility for overtime outside working hours.
