Pay: Starting at $18–$21/hour based on experience, plus overtime after 40 hours, with tips included in total pay, and raises after gaining experience.

What You'll Be Doing:
Assist with loading and unloading party rental equipment (bounce houses, tents, tables, chairs, etc.).
Help with on-site setup and takedown of equipment — this isn’t just a drop-off job; you’ll be an essential part of the team.
Provide support for drivers in securing equipment in trucks and trailers.
Work alongside our awesome team to ensure everything runs smoothly and on time.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
What We're Looking For:
Must be 18+ years old.
Able to lift 75–100 lbs repeatedly.
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Weekend availability is a must.
Strong work ethic — this is a hands-on position, perfect for someone who enjoys staying active.
