Deck Doctors is a growing deck restoration company dedicated to bringing old decks back to life. We handle everything from sanding and staining to full refinishing, and we take pride in quality craftsmanship.
Job Description:
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team for the busy upcoming season! If you enjoy working outdoors and don’t mind getting your hands dirty, this is a great opportunity. No experience? No problem—we’re willing to train the right people!
We are especially looking for people with:
Painting skills
Sanding experience
Carpentry skills
In addition to field work, we are also hiring:
Part-time administrative help
Friendly, outgoing people to work booths at home shows
Responsibilities (Field Work):
Sanding, painting, and staining decks
Power washing and prepping surfaces
Assisting with general deck restoration work
Following safety procedures and keeping work areas clean
Working as part of a small, hardworking team
What We’re Looking For:
Reliable and willing to learn
Comfortable working outdoors in summer conditions
Ability to lift at least 40 lbs
Basic painting, construction, or carpentry experience is a big plus
Must have reliable transportation to job sites
For admin/home show positions: organized, personable, and professional demeanor
