Adult Companion

We are looking for a woman to serve as an adult companion for our daughter. Cheryl is a middle-aged blind woman who is active in the community but needs support. She needs help going to the YMCA for water aerobics class, working at the Smith College greenhouse, cooking, baking, general transportation, and errands. Cheryl lives in her own home in Northampton with a live-in caregiver. Cheryl does not require any personal assistance. This is an 11 month position. Hours for the position are 10-3 on Monday through Wednesday and 9-2 on Thursday. This 20 hour/week job pays $25/hour. The successful applicant must have reliable transportation and good references. This is not a short-term job as the applicant should expect to stay at least one year.
