Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager

Casual fine dining team looking to add to its kitchen staff. Culinary degree or experience commensurate to 5 years saute/grill/managing a team. Portioning proteins, making soups, sauces & station build out. Thursday through Monday evenings from 1pm till closing. Must be a self-starter and a team leader, willing to work any position.
