Managing/ Working Chef responsible for menu, ordering, staffing, compliance, etc.
We are looking for a motivated, mature, dedicated professional to provide leadership, direction and support to the team; lead by example. Prepare wide variety of meals made with fresh meats, fish and produce to satisfy all pallets. Well versed in preparation styles including roasting, baking, sauteing, grilling and frying.
Oversight of cost of goods, pricing and budget. Create and maintain opening and closing checklists to maintain order, wellness and cleanliness of the kitchen.
Must be Servesafe certified.
