We’re looking for an early riser with a passion for baking to join our team as a Baker!
In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for producing our fresh, delicious bagels and baked goods that customers love. No prior bagel experience? No problem — we’ll train you in every step of the process, from mixing and shaping dough to dressing, baking, and finishing.
What You’ll Do:
Prepare dough and bake bagels to our shop’s standards
Monitor baking times and temperatures
Maintain a clean, organized kitchen
Prep ingredients and assist with other food items as needed
Collaborate with the team to keep things running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
Someone dependable and punctual — baking starts early!
Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
Experience in a commercial kitchen or bakery is a plus, but not required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
A love of food and pride in your craft
