Service Product Manager, (Remote, United States)

The Outbound Product Manager role at Dynatrace will evangelize and educate internal and external audiences on our pricing & licensing model, while collecting feedback and insights to share with our Product Solution Teams. You’ll directly impact how we launch new capabilities and explain key topics around pricing and packaging so that it’s understood by Customers, Partners, Sales, Pre-Sales and Post-Sales. You’ll partner with Solution Product Managers, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement and other cross-functional teams to clearly communicate the value and differentiation of the Dynatrace Platform.You will be responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing on pricing and packaging, while championing the needs of our customers.You will communicate complex technical topics in easy-to-understand ways, with excellent written and presentation skills.You will be a trusted advisor for Customer Facing teams across the organization.You have analytical abilities, with a passion to breakdown complex business problems and work cross-functionally to solve them.
