Leading the end-to-end design and delivery of sophisticated Anaplan planning solutions that address complex business challenges.Collaborating closely with cross-functional peers to gather requirements, understand pain points, and propose tailored Anaplan solutions.Developing comprehensive Anaplan multi-dimensional models that optimize processes, enhance functionality, and align with best practices.Overseeing and guiding the integration of Anaplan with other systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.Providing technical guidance, mentorship, and hands-on support to a growing team of Anaplan resources.Leading by example and setting high standards for solution architecture, quality, and adherence to project timelines.Conducting regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.Serving as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to both the team and stakeholders across Dynatrace.Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution.Staying up-to-date with the latest Anaplan features and industry trends, incorporating them into solution designs and team skill development. Candidates who live within a 45 mile radius of Waltham, MA/Detroit, MI/Denver, CO/Mountain View, CA will be required to work hybrid out of our offices.
