Strong Candidate IdentifiedThe Quality Measures™ Center for Program Assessment and Technical Assistance has an opening for a Quality Measures (QM) Facilitator (Casual III), reporting to the QM Project Director within the School Improvement Portfolio in the US Division.The Quality Measures Facilitator provides expert group facilitation and skilled technical assistance to teams of principal preparation program faculty and partners engaged in using Quality Measures™ tools and protocols to conduct analytic program and partnership self-studies as part of an overall continuous program improvement strategy. Over the course of approximately 7-10 months, the QM Facilitator is responsible for building a trusting relationship with their assigned program/partnership team(s) and guiding teams through a customized approach to QM program and partnership self-studies and improvement planning. This is a casual employment position that makes up approximately 5% level of effort.EDC casual employees generally work as needed.  A casual position receives statutory benefits of Social Security contributions, Medicare contributions, unemployment insurance, worker’s compensation insurance and sick leave.  A casual position ends when work is complete.The RoleThe person in this position is expected to communicate clearly and courteously; to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, consultants, collaborators, co-workers, field sites, and funders; and to work respectfully with EDC colleagues. The job requires adherence to EDC policies & procedures.The Quality Measures Facilitator provides professional development training and technical assistance, contributing further to the organization’s intellectual capital, and developing name recognition as a leader in the field. This may involve:planning and facilitating in-person and virtual meetings with adult groups of varying size; guiding facilitation of adult learning and web-based learningleading principal preparation stakeholder teams through the Quality Measures™ program and partnership self-study processesbuilding knowledge and capacity of organizations and staff by providing training, coaching, and guidance to help individual teams use their QM self-study data for ongoing improvement planningdeveloping resources and facilitation techniquesguiding feedback exchanges; providing expertise and resources to othersanalyzing trends and identifying opportunitiesconducting needs assessment – plan and strategizetroubleshooting problemsdelivering high-visibility presentationswriting or contributing to funding proposalsnetworking and communicating on behalf of Quality Measuresensuring quality and performance of QM Technical Assistance (QM TA)
