Description Proposal Manager with 3-4+ years of relevant experience needed for a full-time role with our AEC client in Metro West. This is a fully onsite position to start with some potential flex for one day from home once onboarded and up to speed. Must have RFP/proposal experience within an AEC firm. Must have strong writing skills, be comfortable writing, be skilled in InDesign, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Looking for candidates who are motivated and are driven. The Proposal Manager will be responsible for Proposals, Client Interviews, Cross Unit Relationships, Bio descriptions, and Project Sell Sheets. Client covers 100% of healthcare costs as a benefit. Salary is up to 90K with some flex depending on experience and qualifications. Requirements
Must have 3-4+ years of relevant proposal experience within an AEC firm or similar professional services firm.
Must be skilled in InDesign and PowerPoint.
