Director, G&A Business Partner

The Director, IT G&A Business Partner will build strong partnerships across the G&A functions including Finance, HR, Legal, Sourcing and Corporate Communications. This role will understand the unique needs of departments to ensure that technology solutions align with business strategic goals.  This role will serve as a trusted advisor, facilitating communication, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful implementation of technology initiatives.What You’ll Do:Build and maintain strong business partnerships with G&A teams to understand their business needs and challenges to identify process and technology solutions.Collaborate with all levels of the G&A teams to develop and execute IT strategies and prioritize technology roadmaps that support business objectives.Establish shared vision on solutions with cross functional stakeholders, facilitating decision making and addressing trade-offs within and between solution platforms.Manage system initiatives for projects of high complexity and large scale.Facilitate smooth transitions as G&A technology platforms evolve, providing training and support to ensure user adoption.Track and report on the performance of IT initiatives, making recommendations for improvements as needed.Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the security and reliability of IT systems.Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to G&A and Enterprise applications.Partner with Enterprise Architect to streamline flow of data between G&A systems
