We seek an action-oriented leader who shares our passion for solving tough challenges.  In this role, you will: Manage all accounting operations, including payroll, AR, AP, and GL Analyze financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner to senior management Provide financial leadership for annual budgeting and planning by collecting, analyzing, and consolidating data Achieve budget objectives by scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions Oversee and manage month and year-end financial reporting close processes Prepare financial analysis for contract negotiations and product investment decisionsEnsure compliance with government contracting regulations, including Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) requirementsPrepare for and coordinate audits, including DCAA audits and other government agency auditsManage all human resources operations, including PR, benefits, performance, and training Lead the current accounting and human resources teams, helping to clarify roles and responsibilities This position is an office-based role at our Waltham, MA location.
