This role will be a hybrid role with flexible days.
Responsibilities
Establish measurable criteria to ensure desired results are acquired and provide management with updates via dashboards reflective of key performance indicators in line with set priorities and timing targets.
Promote the transformation of a reactive organizational culture to one that is more proactive, using data driven decision making and giving priority to preventative actions.
Review business processes to improve efficiency and benchmark with industry best practices. Drive customer centric process improvements.
Will identify metrics, tools, and processes to optimize inventory, supporting inventory reduction analytics and execution of action plans.
Improve insight to past due backlog through process development and working with sites to develop action plans to address.
Translate business requirements into analytical solutions. Statement of work and project plan development including resource requirements and financial models.
Collaborate with IT on data availability, cleansing and validation to support division wide insights and analytics.

Requirements
Three or more years of responsibility related to data analytics, supply chain, and engineering.
Ability to work efficiently within a team in a fast-paced changing environment!
Experience working in PowerBI, PowerApps, Power Automate, Sharepoint, SQL and Data Lake technology (ex. Redshift, Athena). Strong acuity in MS Office including spreadsheets and word processing. Working knowledge of Python would be beneficial.
Strong analytical skills and experience using data from a variety of sources to draw conclusions and insights and translate those insights into actions.

Good problems solving skills and creativity, adaptable to new and changing situations.
Self-motivated with strong customer orientation
Effective verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Education and Background:
Bachelor's Degree required: Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or Business preferred.
APICS or related professional certification preferred.
Previous experience in a Lean Manufacturing environment preferred.
Experience using ERP systems (SAP, InforXA, Intuitive) preferred.
Excellence in the ability to perform data analysis.
Intermediate level skills with Microsoft Office suite
