UI Designer/Adobe XD MM124489616 Month Contract Must be able to commute to Springfield or Boston, MA once campus reopens Skills
- Proficient in using Adobe XD (required)
- Portfolio demonstrates clean, attractive designs (required)
- Work with Project Manager/UX Lead to understand user workflows and requirements.
- Experience developing interaction models and designs for data-rich applications, applying researched best practices.
- Proficient in evaluating the success of interaction models via concept and usability testing.
- Ability to design with development constraints in mind.
- Identify creative ways to solve usability problems. Must have knowledge of common design patterns and industry trends.
- Effectively communicate design ideas to users and developers to elicit feedback and refine designs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Understanding of agile based development
- Understanding of investment/financial instruments
- Work with UX lead and business users to develop low-fidelity and high-fidelity interactive prototypes for a Web-based application.
- Use Adobe XD to develop interactive prototypes.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and implementation feasibility considerations.
- Generate CSS for developers from Adobe XD prototypes. Assist with defining style guide.
- Design icons, as needed.
