Nauset Disposal is looking for a Call Center Representative to join our team for the summer season in South Yarmouth, MA.Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as point of contact for all internal and external customers (new and existing)
Respond to customer and resident inquiries via phone or email for questions related to waste and recycling services, including scheduling and pick up
Analyze account activity and suggest opportunities for service improvements to the customer.
Maintain appropriate files and documentation, in accordance with company policy and internal controls
Liaise with internal teams to determine service requirements, resolve problems or complaints.
Coordinate drivers according to customer requests
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1 year of customer service/office admin experience
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Critical and logical thinking skills
