Dispatcher

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to coordinate transportation services for our non-emergency medical transport company. The Dispatcher will schedule and dispatch drivers to ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs, maintain clear communication with drivers and clients, and respond promptly to changes or delays. Responsibilities include route planning, managing daily schedules, and updating trip logs. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, tech-savvy, and committed to providing excellent service to patients and healthcare partners. Previous dispatch or transportation experience is a plus.
