We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Abatement Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely performing asbestos abatement and mold remediation tasks, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations.
Duties
Conduct thorough inspections of sites to identify hazardous materials, including asbestos and mold.
Implement proper abatement procedures to safely remove hazardous materials from buildings.
Utilize specialized equipment and protective gear to ensure personal safety and compliance with health regulations.
Work collaboratively with team members to build containment areas and restore affected spaces.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and safety measures taken.
Follow all OSHA guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
Previous experience in asbestos abatement or mold remediation is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
