Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic REMOTE Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team! As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our services and schedule appointments with our salesforce. The ideal candidate is confident, goal-oriented, and has excellent communication skills. Territory : Massachusetts - Rhodes Island - New Hampshire.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Follow prepared scripts to provide product/service information.

Persuade customers to make purchases or schedule appointments.

Handle objections and answer customer inquiries.

Record and update customer information in our database.

Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets.

Maintain a positive and professional attitude on ALL calls.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus, but not required.

Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and meet performance goals.

Basic computer skills for data entry.

High school diploma or equivalent.

What We Offer:

No base salary. 1099 based on commission only.

Commission for scheduling a “real” appointment

Commission if the appointment is converted into a sale.

Commission on direct sales over the phone.
