Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales growth.
Duties:
Conduct warm calling to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
Utilize ACT to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in using ACT or similar CRM software for managing sales processes.
Ability to build rapport with clients and demonstrate effective negotiation skills.
