Warehouse Associate/Customer Care Specialist
Job Description
This is an office-based position, assisting with the flooring installation process from beginning to end. Must have great customer service skills.
Responsibilities include:
· Constant interaction with our retail partner, installers, and customers
· Schedule installations and confirm appointments with customers
· Monitor and track installations and service calls
· Solve customer problems and issues
· Use forklift to unload and load trucks, stack inventory in a safe manner
· Assisting installers with the loading of materials for flooring projects
· Inspection of forklift (daily) and report any potential hazards or concerns
· Measuring / Cutting / Bailing of carpet and padding
· Inventory counts
· Receive and tag carpets
· Process carpet returns
· Indoor/outdoor branch maintenance as needed
Job Requirements
· Previous Customer Service experience
· Strong phone presence including the ability to solve customer issues.
· Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Job Type: Full-time
$18.00 per hour
