Accounting and Law Firm, is looking for a Full-Time Administrative Assistant with Experience performing administrative and clerical tasks, Ability to work independently and in a proactive manner, Highly organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, Knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel, Exemplary communication skills (written and verbal), Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Sense of humor, and ability to work with multiple personality types. Compensation based on experience.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Produce and distribute correspondence letters and faxes.
Must possess strong knowledge of clerical and administrative systems and procedures, such as filing, scanning and record keeping.
Retrieve needed information from files.
Maintain a filing system.
Screen, answer and transfer inbound phone calls.
Work independently and in conjunction with a team.
Assist Tax and Legal Department with Various Tasks
Assist Audit Department with binding proposals and financial statements
Maintain work station and conference rooms.
Must have computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
