Data Entry Clerk

Description We are providing an opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk to join our team in the Real Estate & Property industry, based in Somerville, Massachusetts. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity and involves processing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. Responsibilities: Accurately processing customer credit applications related to real estate and property transactions Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Resolving customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to manage and organize files Performing calculations related to customer applications and transactions Managing email correspondence with customers and team members Utilizing 10 Key Skills for efficient data entry and record-keeping Responsible for scanning and digitizing relevant documents and records Typing and data entry tasks as required for the role Ensuring all customer data and records are kept confidential and secure. Requirements Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Experience in data entry and email correspondence Strong 10-key skills Excellent customer service skills Ability to perform calculations accurately Experience in organizing files and scanning documents Good typing speed and accuracy Familiarity with the real estate and property industry is a plus Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
