Job Description SummaryJob DescriptionThe Simplification and Enablement Manager will be responsible for designing and achieving an end-state landscape of HR visualization tools and resources tailored to the needs of our business and personas in alignment with our objectives to operate more efficiently as an HR function. This person will partner with internal stakeholders to determine the optimal balance between enterprise-wide and business specific solutions. Further, maintenance cost of the landscape must be optimized via use of automation and other low cost methods. Responsibilities also include enablement and adoption of HR visualization tools and resources.Note - Location is global/flexible.Essential Responsibilities:
Establish short-, mid- and end-state architecture for HR dashboards based GEV-wide standards, business specific requirements and persona needs.
Inventory all existing HR data dashboards and their user groups; work closely with HR Reporting Leader to understand how these compliment or duplicate available analytics in Workday.
Collaborate with Data Science Leader to identify new additions to the inventory and where they fit in.
Reconcile, where appropriate, differences between calculations, visualizations, and definitions; negotiate and influence stakeholders on consolidation working closely with segment Workforce Planning & Analytics representatives.
Build proof of concept dashboards to advance decision making on consolidation applying technical knowledge of Tableau to work independently and in partnership with other resources within the team (including third party contractors)
Determine cost effective mechanism for dashboard maintenance with preference for lowest cost resources and in-house technologies (e.g., Tableau).
Create consistency of end-user experience across dashboards.
Gather and implement improvements based on Genba and end-user feedback.
Partner closely with DT team to ensure availability and access to dashboards aligns with data security protocol.
Ensure all dashboard data and access meets GE Vernova data privacy and other requirements.
Serve as the focal point for resolution of cross-team issues/decisions within the Reporting & Analytics team.
Provide self-service education resources to optimize usage of reporting and dashboards.
Develop bite-sized learning modules to elevate HR understanding and application of HR data insights.
Create templates/tools to support workforce planning.
Design multi-channel communications plan to educate end-users about access to and application of HR dashboard insights, tools etc.
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and significant years of relevant work experience with exposure to HR reporting and analytics, technology and/or operations.
Candidates must have experience in HR reporting and analytics, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategies, ideally within a multinational organization.
Hands on experience in quantitative data validation, analysis and interpretation with multinational companies or large corporations at corporate/regional/global level – including Workday and Tableau.
Ability to gather and visualize data from a variety of sources.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve issues. Looks for ways to standardize, simplify and drive efficiency.
Ability to make independent decisions and manage conflicting priorities.
Collaborates effectively with others through influencing, coaching, and/or coordinating within and beyond own team.
Knowledge and experience on protecting sensitive data.

Good eye for design and aesthetics as it relates to data and information sharing.
Strong track record in developing and conducting projects unilaterally in all stages – planning, kick off, work coordination, proposal, implementation, and adoption.
Experience in providing independent technical guidance and counsel to HR stakeholders at various level of experience and hierarchy in the organization. Ability to adapt advisory style and tailor final products to target audiences.

For roles contracted in US:The base pay range for this position is 120,700.00 - 200,000.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus.
