Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Patient Care Coordinator in Raynham, Massachusetts. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be primarily working in the Healthcare industry. Your role will involve interacting with patients, coordinating appointments, and managing office functions to ensure a smooth workflow.Key responsibilities: Engage in front-facing customer service, offering a warm welcome to guests and patients Conduct both outbound and inbound calls, focusing on appointment scheduling and confirmations. Heavy on outbound warm calls. Utilize CRM and other relevant software for efficient customer management Manage general office tasks including scanning, uploading, and handling paper records Communicate effectively with patients who may have hearing difficulties Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise in a professional and efficient manner Learn and adapt to new technology as required for the role Monitor and manage customer accounts, taking necessary actions when required Maintain a metrics-driven approach to achieve appointment scheduling goals Multitask effectively, managing different tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.Requirements Demonstrated proficiency in Allscripts, Banner Ads, Cerner Technologies, CRM, and Dentrix Dental Software. Proven experience in patient care coordination within the Healthcare industry. Ability to manage and respond effectively to inbound calls. Familiarity with the authorization process in a healthcare setting. Proficiency in managing billing functions and benefit functions. Experience in the creation and interpretation of charts and graphs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
