Payroll Specialist

Description We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Specialist for our operations in Norwood, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be entrusted with the essential task of managing weekly payroll, maintaining employee records, and handling inquiries relating to payroll. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Oversee the full cycle of payroll operations for all employees. Utilize accounting software systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency in payroll processing. Address and resolve any payroll related inquiries from employees. Administer 401k - RRSP and other benefit functions. Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee payroll records. Ensure compliance with union payroll requirements. Monitor and manage 'About Time' system for efficient time tracking.
