Grassroots Field Manager

Clean Water Action is seeking a Field Manager in Northampton, MA, to lead and support campaigns focused on clean water access, affordability, climate change, and environmental justice. This leadership role is ideal for someone passionate about community organizing, skilled in team management, and eager to make a tangible difference in environmental and social justice initiativesAs a Field Manager, you will:Lead a team of Environmental Organizers in outreach, fundraising, and member recruitment activities.Provide on-the-ground coaching and mentorship to ensure team members are equipped to succeed in their roles.Develop and implement strategic plans to meet campaign goals and drive grassroots advocacy.Act as a liaison between field teams and leadership, reporting progress, challenges, and insights.Represent Clean Water Action in the community, building strong relationships with residents and stakeholders.Contribute to the growth and sustainability of critical environmental campaigns through fundraising efforts and public engagement.What We OfferCompetitive pay starting at $21.10/hour, with bonus opportunities.Leadership and professional development in grassroots organizing and advocacy.Evening Full-Time Hours,  2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday.Opportunities for career advancement and greater responsibility within the organization.Enhanced benefits, including health, dental, vision, and 401(k)A supportive, inclusive work environment committed to equity and diversity.
