Details of the position include:Title: Licensed Practical Nurse Program: Residential/Group Home Supervisor: House Manager Location: West Stockbridge, MA Schedule: Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 3p-11pWeek 2: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 3p-11pStart Date: Two weeks from offer Pay Rate: $47/hr POSITION DESCRIPTION: The LPN is primarily responsible for providing various supports to individuals with disabilities in a group home setting. The LPN assists individuals in all areas of daily living including personal care, housekeeping, cooking and recreational activities. The LPN provides medical treatment beyond the scope of a MAP certified direct care staff. Work closely with individuals to help them become as independent as possible in order meet their own personal goals. Assist individuals to find as well as participate in community activities they enjoy while encouraging community membership as well as individual interests. QUALIFICATIONS: 2 years’ experience in the direct care of the elderly or disabled. Ability to complete all initial and ongoing background checks. TRAINING REQUIREMENTS: Must maintain all certification needed in the program including LPN licensure, CPR, First Aid, and Human Rights Training.
