Senior Managing Counsel, Procurement

We are seeking a full-time Senior Managing Counsel to join our team. You will be an integral part of a dynamic team in a successful global, publicly traded cybersecurity company. You will play a key role in our Technology & Privacy legal team, while collaborating with other members of the legal team, and report to CyberArk’s Senior Director of Legal, Technology & Privacy.  Manage the team responsible for providing legal advice and support to the IT and Finance departments and other procurement stakeholders across the business.Optimize legal policies and procedures regarding procurement operations, including the overall corporate procurement initiative. Overall client relationship manager for key procurement stakeholders.Lead the legal support of the company-wide Productivity AI strategy.Negotiate various commercial agreements with a wide range of vendors and service providers.
