Physical Therapy Assistant (Temporary)

Evergreen Center is currently seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (3-5 days per week, approx. 32 hours). This is a temporary position covering a maternity leave with a tentative start date of May/June. SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITES: Provides direct service to students aged 6-22 with a wide range of diagnosesWorks under the supervision of the Physical Therapist by following treatment plan and/or IEP objectives to meet students’ motor skill goalsMaintains accurate and complete records regarding progress toward individual goalsMonitors classroom implementation of Physical Therapy programs.Assists Physical Therapist to provide staff training in specific techniques or treatments for individual students
