Facilities Maintenance Technician

HSMC is currently seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician. This position reports to the Director of Facilities.Responsibilities Include:Provide general maintenance for interior and exterior of all facilities and groundsCompletes and documents routine maintenance and inspections of all locationsMaintain inventory for most commonly used supplies and productsWorks closely with the Director of Facilities to manage building maintenance and improvement projects Order new or replacement office furniture and set up temporary offices when necessaryTravel to office locations across MA required with company truck providedPay Rate: $21.19
