Description We are in search of an attentive and dedicated Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator to join our healthcare team in Methuen, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities that revolve around ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality of care. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.MUST BE BILINGUAL IN BOTH SPANISH AND ENGLISH Responsibilities: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top-tier healthcare professionals Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals Conduct comprehensive assessments of candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit Build and nurture strong relationships with potential candidates throughout the recruitment process Ensure compliance with all applicable hiring regulations, company policies, and industry standards Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system Work closely with team members to streamline the hiring process and maintain efficient communication channels Promote our healthcare organization within the medical community Participate in job fairs, conferences, and other relevant events to enhance our employer branding presence Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and devise targeted recruitment plans.Requirements Proficient in Spanish language and translation Experience in healthcare or a medical environment preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality Knowledge of health insurance and medical billing procedures Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Proficient in using medical software and computer systems Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed High school diploma or equivalent required, higher education in a related field is a plus Certification in healthcare administration or patient care coordination is preferred.
