Position SummaryThe EH&S Manager I is responsible for implementing and managing health and safety programs on active construction sites. This role ensures compliance with OSHA standards and CRB’s internal safety protocols, focusing on injury prevention, hazard mitigation, and fostering a safety-first culture among site personnel.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and implement site-specific Health & Safety plans in alignment with CRB policies.Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.Deliver safety training and toolbox talks to site personnel.Monitor compliance with OSHA regulations and CRB safety standards.Maintain accurate records of safety activities, incidents, and corrective actions.Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure safe work practices.Promote a proactive safety culture through engagement and education.
