Description:Responsibilities:

Develop the sales, catering, and events strategy of all the hotel's points of sale in close collaboration with the operational department managers.

Foster business with proactive and reactive sales efforts.

Ensure the deployment of tactics to support the ambitious positioning of our property.

Establish and monitor effective training programs for employees, in coordination with the training director.

Support the strengthening of Hyatt's values.

Meet and exceed all monthly revenue and sales call goals.

Be the face of the hotel at all industry events with property representation of professionalism and character.

Qualifications:Competencies

Dynamic leadership style with superior communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.

Ability to develop privileged relationships with business partners.

Essential interpersonal, administrative, and financial skills.

In-depth knowledge of the sales functions of the luxury segment (AMEX FHR, Signature, Serandipians) to accompany both an international and domestic strategy.

Pragmatic leadership with excellent people management, communication, and organizational skills.

Exceptional drive to achieve results.
