15+ years’ relevant experience. 5-7 years product leadership experience in a Scrum-at-Scale or similar agile framework, driving innovation and product excellence.
Strong strategic thinking, facilitation, and coaching skills to foster continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo and drive agile transformation.
Desirable Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
