Welcome!  Thank you for exploring a career with us!   Our team of 400+ dedicated employees share the desire to do meaningful work and make a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, Rhode Island, and Oklahoma.   $500 sign on bonus ($250 at the completion of first week of training and $250 after successfully completion of first 90 days)Position Title: Clubhouse Specialist 1 – Full Time Location: Holyoke, MARate of Pay: $19.55 Per hour; plus $60 bi-weekly stipend for being the back-up MART driverHours: 8:00am-4:30pmSchedule: Monday- Friday with occasional evenings, weekends and holidays required; 1 Saturday per month 10am-1:45pm requiredSummary:Develops and services employment relationships between clients and community employers, providing access to an array of employment, job training, and educational opportunities. Responsibilities include vocational guidance, job development, job placement, employer education, and customer relations. Work side by side with members, assisting with building career readiness skills, social skills, health and wellness, and the ability to become more self sufficient. Individuals with human services, direct care, job coaching, and career counseling experience encouraged to apply!  Qualifications:High School/GED and 1 year of experience required, or an Associate's degree with 1 year of experience preferred. Requirements:Must serve as the Clubhouse Specialist and back-up driver. Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record and a reliable vehicleMust be able to pass a criminal background check, pre-employment drug screening, physical, and have an acceptable driving record. (Verified via requesting MA RMV)Ability to use computers to include Microsoft Word, data entry, email, and internet essential.Must have a willingness to network and showcase relationship building skillsMust be able to travel within the region to access residential settings, employers, offices, and community organizations. “Viability values our employees and the talents that they bring with them every day.
