Location:Linden Ponds by Erickson Senior LivingLinden Ponds is a beautiful 108-acre continuing care retirement community located just 24 miles from Boston on the South Shore in Hingham, Massachusetts. We’re part of a growing network of communities developed and managed by Erickson Senior Living, a national provider of senior living and health care with campuses in 11 states—and growing.We are hiring a Philanthropy Manager to join our team. This position will provide leadership for the creation of strategic fund development initiatives within the community.How you will make an impact:

Working with the Executive Director to prepare a detailed fundraising plan with attainable goals.

Developing and implementing strategies to cultivate, solicit and provide stewardship for the community.

Strategically growing the prospective donor base through networking in the community.

Planning and coordinating fund drives to support strategic goals.

Conducting outreach to the community to cultivate relationships with local business, civic and social groups.

Creating public relations materials and collateral materials to enhance the reputation and vision of the community.

Compensation: starting at $70,000 annually commensurate with experienceWhat you will need:

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible fundraising experience preferred.

Working knowledge of all areas of fundraising, including annual and planned giving.

Strong background in senior services or health care preferred.
