Description Are you detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in logistics? We are seeking a reliable and motivated Shipper/Receiver to join our team. As a Shipper/Receiver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of products in and out of our facility, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to the efficiency of our operations.Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure the testing area and workstation are clean and well-organized for efficient operations.

Maintain daily activity logs for products tested, including pass/fail status and reasons for failure.

Ensure the proper platform is used for each specific processor.

Sort passed and failed products into separate trays and maintain records of failed products, including reason codes, procurement source, and buyer.

Document tested product information, including quantities and types.

Maintain company records of product specifications and testing platforms.

Install and configure test software when required.

Adhere to safety protocols by wearing required equipment, such as anti-static wrist straps, and handling products with caution.

Maintain and report any performance issues with test equipment to the Test Center Manager.

Conduct research on product specifications by visiting manufacturer websites as needed.

Segregate inventory physically and within internal systems to ensure adequate inventory coverage and organized workflow.

Assist in the continuous improvement of inspection and testing processes and disseminate relevant information to the team.

Generate and provide monthly reports related to testing activities.

Collaborate with the Test Center Manager to enhance and streamline testing processes.

Identify opportunities for workflow and equipment improvements to enhance inspection efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or a related field is preferred.

Proven experience in shipping/receiving or logistics roles.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

Proficiency in using computer systems and software for inventory management and documentation.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
