job detailsTalent Acquisition is looking for a motivated, customer-centric individual to join our thriving team to support our Recruiters and Hiring Managers support hire the best people. Leading all aspects of the candidate and hiring team interview scheduling.
Maintaining up to date interview tracking data.
Partnering with Recruiters to ensure an extraordinary customer experience.
Delivering outstanding customer service with thoughtful and consistent communication.
Leading heavy calendar management.
Handling the internal I-9 process for New Hires.
Supporting process improvement efforts within Talent programs/processes
What you'll need:
Experience as a Coordinator, HR Assistant, Administrator, or similar role.
Ability to optimally support multiple customers and requests while delivering a high level of service.
