"Mechanic/ Shop Foreman/ Shop Boss"

We are looking for a Shop Foreman to handle day to day operations of a small automotive repair shop. They must be hardworking, goal and task oriented, with quality of work being of utmost importance. They must have an authoritative personality that can take charge, manage, and direct the other mechanics in the shop. They must be Skilled in all aspects of vehicle diagnosis and repairs. They must have the ability to write estimates, work-orders, and invoices. They must be trustworthy with ability to take payments and do nightly deposits, after a clean criminal back-round check, and clean drug screens. Must have knowledgeable, friendly, and professional personality, with the ability to speak honestly with customers prioritizing repairs based on customers’ needs and safety concerns. Must have own tools. Diploma from tech-school, and positive references is a plus. Pay based on how many flat-rate hours billed out weekly along with the ability to up-sell, and with a base-pay rate based on experience, education, and efficiency in the first 3 month probationary period.
