Drywall/plaster and labor

I want a pretty big size drywall company on the game. I have a bunch of subs working for me already the hand plaster and drywall finish work. I’m looking for an individual that can do these type of jobs and be able to take care of all the small jobs that I have going on and also be able to drive my van around to help me run my company as a project manager in and Laborer I just broke my leg and I’m on a commission for the next six weeks I’m looking for someone that can drive my van and help me run my company and oversee projects.
