Fixed Schedule:
Monday Thru Friday 8am to 5pm.
Essential duties may include:
- Making phone calls as needed to schedule service and installations;
- Processing closed work orders to get them ready for invoicing;
- Applying for Permits as needed for the towns that work is being done;
- Answering incoming phone calls to help customers as needed;
- Troubleshooting over the phone, providing assistance and guidance to callers;
- Assisting other staff in the Service, Installation, and Sales department;
Ideal candidates:
- Are able to multitask and keep highly organized in a fast paced and sometimes stressful environment;
- Possess strong customer service skills, including problem solving;
- Are able to perform basic data entry and type at a functional level;
- Are computer literate (Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office skills a plus);
- Can speak fluent English; be able to speak loudly and coherently for the entire shift;
- Are comfortable working in a group office, as part of a team;
- Must be reliable, punctual and able to work in-office for all scheduled shifts;
- Must have reliable transportation to and from our offices;
- All applicants considered will be given a background screening, must be able to pass a CORI check and obtain a Massachusetts Department of Public Safety Security Certificate of Clearance.

Experience as a service scheduler or knowledge of alarms systems is preferred but not necessary, training is available for the right candidate.
