I have a very solid case for a defamation lawsuit. It involves a inheritance hijacking, a false restraining order and some super horrific and false statements about me. All documented in emails.
I would like to hire somebody to file the paperwork for me.
I need to make this clear that that is a one hundred percent of the job until further notice. I understand a lot of lawyers don't "just file things" and there are reasons for that. If you're that guy or gal, this is not your gig.
I can do all of the paperwork, take care of the filing fee, fill everything out, make the case etc.

I am a professional writer by trade and I have extensive legal knowledge, but I am not there. And I don't want to hire a law firm thathis going to hit me with a big retainer and a bunch of B S / legal mumbo jumbo.
If you can't merely file the case, which is the job here, and need to come up with a bunch of reasons that I need to send you five grand or whatever, just please bypass this ad. I don't need a lecture on how you can't be a paper tiger and "just file things." I've heard that and I know it's not a hundred percent necessary, it is just the way established law firms like to do things. I get it.
BTW, it's a very good causesomething terrible happened to my mother and trust me, when you read about this, you'll understand completely.
Just need the right legal eagle to swoop in!
