40 HOUR WORK WEEK (That’s it!):
We want our employees to enjoy life outside of work. Our minimum work requirements are 40 hours per week (7:30am-4:00pm Monday-Friday). Nothing more is required unless you want overtime, Guaranteed!. If you want overtime, we provide 1.5 times hourly rate plus bonuses for extra work.
WHAT WE DO:
General landscaping, mowing, fertilization, weeding, shrub pruning, mulching, estate garden design and maintenance, tree work, patio and walkway construction, drainage design and installation, irrigation design and installation, property care taking, etc
PAY RATE:
$18-$25/hr. starting pay for part time/seasonal employees, depending on experience. Overtime pay rate is 1.5 times hourly wage.
$20-$35/hr. starting pay for full time employees, depending on experience. Overtime pay rate is 1.5 times hourly wage. Full benefits available for full time employees.
$25-$40/hr. starting pay for full time irrigation technicians and managers.
$25-$45/hr. starting pay for full time machine operators, construction supervisors and crew members.

Qualifications:
-Applicants must be dependable, hard working, and thoughtful with attention to detail.
-Appreciation to extend and/or develop a career in the landscape/ gardening field.
-Must be sociable with fellow employees and customers and willing to be a member of a team to address situations such as design brainstorming, project operation, and problem solving.
-Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.
-Must have ability to lift over 75 pounds.
-Must have ability to operate small machinery such as lawn mowers, string trimmers, chain saws, carpentry tools, etc
Additional Qualifications:
-Massachusetts Certified Landscape Professionals encouraged to apply.
-Accredited Organic Land Care Professionals encouraged to apply.
-Experience running Walker lawn mowers preferred.
-Hoisting Engineering license required to operate large machinery. Will reimburse for training and certification.
-Pesticide Applicators License holders encouraged to apply. Will reimburse for training and certification.
